Hello, a friend of mine who emailed you before her own art reccomended me to here. I just want to tell you I really admire your work, both subject and style. I've always made up comics in my head or drawn comics/letters in the form of comic strips about my daily life whenever something odd or distressing happened. Comics have some magical ego-centric way of being cathartic I think. Comparing my life stresses and daily eccentricities to that of somebody in the medical field however is absurd though. I just wanna thank you for doing this strip b/c my friend and I both find it very comforting in a strange way, likely even more so in her case as she both is a creative person and also wants to help people at the same time in the medical world. Thank you for providing us with the inspiration and the outlet. Most of all tho, thanks for reminding me that i am blessed to be in good health and among a healthy family and friends. That is a precious gift too often taken for granted and your perspective on how it is squandered is vital I think for others to see.
